We have vetted vendors that are qualified, licensed, and insured, to handle any repair.

The most practical reason is allowing you the owner to be just that, “The Owner“. Our Service allows you to forgo the headaches of having to spend your quality time managing your properties and your tenants. Same applies if you live out of state or country. Wouldn’t it be nice, for a small flat fee, you can have an experienced company handle all the ins and outs of being a landlord, where you reap the benefits of time, saving money, and rental property management.

Gulf 2 Bay Realty Management is a headed by a licensed community manager with over 14 years of experience in condominium, cooperative, and HOA management properties of all sizes.  We are prepared to work with your condo or HOA if necessary. Don’t pay a higher management fee than you need to.

Why a FLAT FEE…………  We only earn our fee when the tenant is paying the rent.  No upfront cost (typically, the rental agent charges the first moth rent to place a tenant.

If the monthly rent is $1500 for example, and the management company charges you the first month to place the tenant, then 10% per month to manage, your cost for the annual rental is $3150.  That’s a big bite out of your bottom line.

The cost for Gulf 2 Bay to manage that example would be $948, that’s over $2000 SAVED and In YOUR pocket.
